Institutional website

When filling out the contact form, we collect the voluntarily provided name, company, role, corporate email, phone number, industry, primary operational pain point, and platform of interest.

Ameridata platforms

Ameridata's digital platforms may require account creation for access. In the context of these platforms, we may collect and process the following data, depending on the type of use and functionality involved:

Registration data

name, corporate email, company, and profile settings.

Usage data

usage history, conversations, created projects, configured contexts, operational preferences, and interaction logs.

Submitted content

documents, files, and texts sent by the user for analysis and assistant processing purposes.

Technical data

IP address, device type, browser, and session data.

How we use data

  1. Operate and maintain the institutional website and Ameridata's digital platforms.
  2. Respond to contacts and presentation requests.
  3. Personalize the user experience across the platforms, when applicable.
  4. Process submitted content to generate AI-assisted responses and analyses.
  5. When necessary for technical verification, service quality, or operational integrity, information is processed exclusively through automated procedures, without human review of the content. Whenever applicable, the data is anonymized and discarded after the specific purpose has been fulfilled.
  6. User-provided data is never used to train the Ameridata Polaris AI models.
  7. Ensure security, prevent fraud, and protect system integrity.
  8. Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
  9. Continuously improve Ameridata products and services.

Ameridata does not use personal data for third-party advertising purposes, does not sell user data, and does not use user-submitted content as training material for the AI models in its portfolio.
